1. Roach Farm Park 

As one of the most well-known fishing spots in Skegness, Roach Farm Park features multiple fishing lakes all stocked with fish such as carp, bream, tench, roach, rudd, and perch. 

Nestled within a secluded spot in the countryside and surrounding by mature trees, each of the peaceful lakes features a different collection of pegs in a unique setting, making it a perfect spot for new and experienced anglers to try their luck. 

2. Lakewood Carp Syndicate 

Located in the North Lincolnshire countryside, the Lakewood Carp Syndicate is renowned for providing quality carp fishing in a truly stunning location 

The main lake, Woodside, features many mature islands and contains an excellent stock of carp. Lakewood Cap Syndicate is ideal for those looking for good-sized carp – in fact, the lake record for carp is 27 pounds! 

3. Mill Road Fishing Lakes 

Also located in Skegness, Mill Road Fishing Lakes has been established for over 25 years and is dedicated to providing quality and value to all its clientele. 

Set within a five-acre complex with two fishing lakes, you can choose from a day ticket, competitive fishing, and recreational fishing, with guaranteed catches of up to 25lb.  

4. Messingham Sands Fishery 

Spanning an impressive 66 acres, Messingham Sands Fishery is set in truly stunning surroundings and is designed to accommodate all abilities of anglers. 

There are three different lakes for recreational fishing with day tickets available, including Oak Tree Pond which is known for its huge stocks of carp and silverfish, whilst the North and South Lakes also offer night fishing.  

In addition, there are also five match lakes for those anglers interested in booking a match rather than engaging in recreational fishing, as well as two syndicate lakes. 

5. Northmoor Fisheries 

Spanning an area of six acres, Northmoor Fisheries includes two lakes, a strip pond, and a horseshoe shaped pond. With 86 fishing pegs in total, you’ll never be without a spot to fish! 

In addition to the lakes, there are also two breeding ponds which means the fishery always has numerous types of freshwater fish, including carp, bream, roach, ideal, and tench. 

6. Pasture Wood Fisheries 

With fishing available 363 days a year, Pasture Wood Fisheries is a 15-acre venue with three well-stocked and impeccably maintained lakes. 

Located in Barton Upon Humber along the Humber River, Pasture Wood Fisheries is a perfect location for anglers and birdwatchers alike, and with 84 pegs, you’ll be sure to find the perfect spot for you! 

7. Wold View Fisheries 

Last but certainly not least is our very own fishery at Wold View Country Park. Located in one of the most stunning areas of the UK, our fishery consists of seven established fishing lakes in a beautifully picturesque location.  

With endless numbers of fishing spots and pegs located all around each of the seven lakes, there are plenty of locations to choose from: 

Gold Lake 

Our biggest fishing lake is ideal for groups and is perfect for all levels and abilities of fishing. With 41 pegs at 12 metre intervals, the fish stock includes barbel, mirror carp, common carp, crucian carp, trench, roach, rudd, perch, bream, and skimmers. 

Silver Lake  

The second largest lake in our park features 37 fishing pegs spaced nine metres apart. Silver Lake is perfect for all abilities, is easily accessible for wheelchair users, and boasts a fish stock consisting of crucian carp, barbel, tench, roach, rudd, perch, bream, and skimmers.  

Bronze Lake  

This tranquil lake in a peaceful location has 19 fishing pegs spaced well apart with a fish stock consisting of mirror carp, crucial carp, tench, roach, rudd, perch, and bream. The carp here weigh up to 20 pounds! 

The Ultimate Lake   

The Ultimate Lake is perfect for visiting anglers. With 24 pegs spaced nine metres apart and an island, this lake has a large selection of fish in its waters, including a large amount of tench. 

The Island Lake  

The Island Lake is perfect for both beginners and more seasoned anglers seeking a more intimate experience thanks to the island feature. With 18 fishing pegs, including two reserved for disabled anglers, this lake is also a favourite with young anglers and has a large number of F1s, carp, and bream stocked into it.  

The Canal Lake 

Our stunning Canal Lake was artificially created to resemble an actual canal and is perfect for both group and solo fishing of all abilities. The lake is well-stocked with a variety of species. 

The Ruby Lake  

The newest addition to our complex, Ruby Lake is a peaceful and tranquil fishing spot with 24 fishing pegs. It features a mix stock of large fish such as perch, carp, and silvers, and is the perfect backdrop to our luxury lodges.
